Community Guidelines
SsshhhOut is built to encourage open conversations while maintaining a respectful, safe, and welcoming community. These Community Guidelines describe the standards of behaviour expected from everyone who uses the Service.
Content or behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines is prohibited. You are responsible for your conduct, your interactions with other members, and the User Content you create, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service.
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in moderation or enforcement action, including warnings, educational notices, content labels, reduced visibility, content removal, feature restrictions, account or device restrictions, preservation of relevant information, or any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law. Where we consider it appropriate or where required by applicable law, we may also cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other competent authorities.
Certain serious violations, particularly those involving child safety, non-consensual intimate content, terrorism, violent extremism, human exploitation, serious threats or violence, fraud, or attempts to evade safety or enforcement measures, may result in immediate enforcement action, including without prior notice where permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
The prohibited conduct described below is illustrative, not exhaustive. We may take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that conduct or User Content violates these Community Guidelines, these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise threatens the safety, security, integrity, or operation of the Service or its members.

Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement
You are responsible for ensuring that your conduct, interactions, and User Content comply with these Community Guidelines, these Terms, and applicable law.
If you encounter content or behaviour that you reasonably believe violates these Community Guidelines, please use the reporting tools available within the Service where supported. Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith. Submitting false, malicious, abusive, or repetitive reports intended to harass another member or interfere with our moderation processes may itself violate these Terms.
Reports help us identify and investigate potential violations. We review reports carefully, but not every report will result in enforcement action. Our decisions are based on the information reasonably available to us and the nature, severity, context, and potential impact of the reported conduct.
We may consider the nature, severity, context, frequency, intent, and potential impact of the conduct, as well as any history of prior violations, when determining the appropriate enforcement action.
Depending on the nature, severity, context, frequency, and potential impact of a violation, we may:
- issue warnings or educational notices;
- apply, modify, or remove content labels (including Mature labels);
- reduce the visibility of content;
- remove, restrict, or disable access to content;
- restrict features or functionality;
- temporarily or permanently restrict accounts;
- temporarily or permanently restrict devices;
- preserve relevant information for investigations, legal proceedings, safety, or compliance purposes;
- refuse future access to the Service;
- cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other competent authorities where we consider it appropriate or where required by applicable law; or
- take any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
Certain violations may result in immediate enforcement action without prior notice where permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our members, or others.
Enforcement decisions may be based on automated systems, human review, reports from members, or other information reasonably available to us.
Compliance with these Community Guidelines does not guarantee that content will remain available or that enforcement action will not be taken where otherwise permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Nothing in these Community Guidelines limits our ability to investigate, review, moderate, preserve information, or otherwise take any action permitted under these Terms or applicable law where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, our members, or others.
